Character Analysis
With graduation and her impending transformation nearing, Bella is torn: should she cut the cord with her Forks High friends now, or enjoy the time being human with them before it's forever over? When she helps Angela with sending out graduation announcements, they have a "human" moment and Bella realizes she'll miss Angela. Jessica also "makes up" with Bella, asking her to stay in touch, but it's clear she's just touched by graduation nostalgia. Meanwhile, Mike, Ben, and other boys at school make bets on who's going to win Bella, Jacob or Edward. The bets are tied. Alice invites all of Bella's Forks High classmates to a graduation party at the Cullen house.
