Character Analysis
Dale's daddy, Mr. Macon, is a real piece of work. He's a jerk to his lovely family (Lavender won't even talk to him anymore) and is involved in all sorts of shady business. In fact, it comes out that Mr. Macon has been helping Robert Slate get supplies while he holds Miss Lana hostage. Ugh, right? He's obviously a man who has no morals and is out to benefit himself and no one else. Miss Rose, Lavender, and Dale are way better off without him in their lives.
