Property values often play into the recruitment of businesses looking to expand into new markets. A business can learn a lot about an area by finding out what sections of town have property values that fit with their target customers.
When you think of public servants, police officers and firefighters often come to mind. But appraisers should, too. They are glorious community heroes. But since they rarely wear capes, you'd never know it.
