How It All Goes Down
- Bear realizes he's in the wilderness where, as Bailey, he and Ethan got lost after their cowardly horse ran away.
- Bear wanders around, eating other dogs' food and rooting around in garbage. He feels like a very "bad dog" (28.24).
- One day, sulking around the dog park, Bear recognizes a scent on one of the dogs: it's Hannah's scent.
- Hannah was the girl Ethan knew as a teenager. She must own the dog named Carly.
- Bear decides he can use the tracking abilities he learned as Ellie to "Find Ethan" (28.35).
