It's the final book in the series, and that means there are more minor characters than you can shake an enchanted broadsword at. It's like the last episode of Seinfeld, except here, everyone is coming together to help our heroes, not put them in jail.
Traveling along with Jason, Leo, and Piper are Percy Jackson & Annabeth Chase from a book you may have heard of; the shapeshifting Frank Zhao and his girlfriend, Hazel Levesque, who can also manipulate reality with her Mist, making them perfect for each other; Coach Gleeson Hedge, who just wants to return to his pregnant cloud nymph wife, Mellie; and we even get quick cameos from Chiron, Grover Underwood, and Thalia Grace, Jason's sister.
In addition to these not-so-measly mortals, pretty much every god shows up, from Aphrodite to Zeus, and even the Pegasus—not just some horse with wings glued to it.
