- In her usual cassette recording, Martine tells Atie and Ifé about Sophie's disappearance and how she'd learned about it from Joseph.
- It turns out that Joseph doesn't know where Sophie and Brigitte are. Martine's frantic at their disappearance.
- Atie suggests to Sophie that she make things up with her mother.
