- After crashing from the window of the nightclub, Indy and Willie fall into a car driven by Short Round, a Chinese orphan.
- As Short Round drives, Indy retrieves the antidote from Willie's bodice and drinks it.
- Their car is pursued by Lao, whose men fire guns at Indy's vehicle.
- For some reason, Indy gives his gun to Willie to hold. She immediately drops it out the window.
- Why? "I burned my fingers and I cracked a nail." She'll crack something else if Lao catches up to them.
- They arrive at the airport, where arrangement has been made on a plane full of chickens.
- But they get on fast, because otherwise their goose would be cooked.
- Indy shouts at Lao, "Nice try, Lao Che,"
- But when he closes the door to the plane, it says "Lao Che Cargo." This isn't going to end well.
