Exactly how steamy is this story?

No one actually has sex in this book, but characters sometimes kiss, and there are a few implied things. Sadima sees blood on the sheets of Somiss's bed after the boy runs out of their home, which suggests that Somiss might've tried to have sex with the boy. Hahp notices how the rough robes the wizards give the boys rubs against all of his body, including his genitals. There's one passage that suggests that he masturbates, but we don't get a graphic description or anything like that.
To sum up: a lot of hinting, not a lot of description when it comes to the handful of sexual references in the book.
