Glory
The medical profession is far too complicated for any one segment to feel too important...right?
Wrong. Doctors. They get all the glory.
But even the best doctors would be nowhere without the test results needed to diagnose disease. Just like a sports team can't simply rely on a great pitcher or a quarterback to win, doctors can't do much if they don't have a great team to back them up. You're a huge part of that team. You can feel pretty good about that...even if others aren't applauding you for it.
