Physical Danger

Physical Danger

Energy brokers work in office settings, so physical danger isn't much of a concern. Yes, we understand paper cuts can be totally annoying, but they're not really what you'd call dangerous. The only physical dangers you'll have to worry about (aside from those papercuts) are bad posture and tired eyes. You should take some simple precautions to avoid eye-strain, carpal tunnel, and slouching.

Otherwise, your main danger at work is the crushing bear hugs your clients give you when you find them a great deal and save them lots of money. Make sure to keep your arms at your sides during such hugs so as to protect your rib cage. If you can't breathe, you can't talk, and if you can't talk, you can't sell. C'mon, this is your career at stake here.
