As investment options grow (and they are growing), the services of financial analysts will be in higher demand, but the field is brutally competitive and only the top students get even a chance to apply to the top jobs. Many firms don’t even interview at schools other than Harvard or Stanford Business School. Out of undergrad programs, if you aren’t in a top ten school, you likely aren’t getting this gig.
