HR Director

Stress

French writer and philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre wrote in his play No Exit: "Hell is—other people."

Some days for an HR director will be this particular form of hell, when a constant procession of workers and their issues and problems can cause stress headaches for even the doughtiest of HR directors. Juggling projects and priorities and bosses can also add to workaday angst.
