Know more than we do? Tell Us!

Tank Commanders, like most military jobs, have a very little chance of fame. If they excel at their jobs and get involved in some high profile conflicts, they may receive some level of fame among other soldiers. The general public, however, will never learn the name of a single Tank Commander.

That being said, military historians and enthusiasts will know the names of exceptional Tank Commanders. They may even teach those Commanders’ exploits at schools like West Point. However, this is a very small group of people and, even with them, the chances of a Tank Commander setting himself that much apart are pretty slim.
