Common Core Standards: Math See All Teacher Resources


As much as you students love memorizing formulas and punching numbers into calculators, geometry is more than just that. It's about relating objects to each other and understand their movements through space. (Not outer space. What are we, in Apollo 13 or something?)

That's why these standards get cozy with congruence and snug with similarity. Once students have satisfied them, they'll know more about transformations than a plastic surgeon.
