Case description: Nun caught someone fishing in his protected lake, and punished the offender himself. The police charged Nun with cruel and unusual punishment, for using waterboarding on the offender.
Case status: Nun argued that all of his punishments would be water-based, since he is water itself. The court found that Nun should not have taken vigilante justice on the offender, though, and should have called the police instead. The offender was given a towel and told never to fish in Nun's lakes without permission again.
