  • Stern's discussing business as Oskar eats dinner near the window overlooking his Jewish workers.
  • Stern invites an older, one-armed man into the office who's been wanting to personally thank Oskar for saving his life.
  • It's a poignant scene. The man expresses his gratitude to Oskar for hiring him; he'd otherwise have been killed.
  • Schindler leaves the factory followed by Stern, who says that the useless man shouldn't have even been given a job. Harsh.
