- A gnarly old cowboy's voice explains to us that the story he's about to unfold is pretty darn stu-pe-fying.
- Cut to: The Dude in all his dudeness, buying some Half & Half (kind of like cream) in his bathrobe late at night in a grocery store and paying for it with a check for 69 cents.
- The Dude is obviously stoned. George Bush Sr. is on a TV in the store saying, "This will not stand!" He's referring to Saddam Hussein's invasion of Kuwait, which the Prez vows to stop by invading Kuwait.
- The Dude pays for his Half & Half and leaves.
