How It All Goes Down
- Twoflower calls for Rincewind.
- It's been an interesting couple of minutes for the tourist—his luggage is missing, and his horse, in its mad dash, stumbled across a she bear and a pack of wild wolves. Thankfully, it had been too fast for the animals to properly react.
- Twoflower looks for some accommodations and finds a sign informing him that the Temple of Bel-Shamharoth is a thousand paces hubward. What's particularly odd is that he can read the message although the lettering is foreign to him.
- Deciding it's that or the wolves, he heads for the Temple.
- A couple hours later, some wolves following Twoflower's scent see the same sign and decide they aren't so hungry after all.
