- Neo is sat down in another old, very worn looking chair in a room and is hooked up to some electrodes. Seems innocent enough; they're probably just checking his pulse.
- He looks in a cracked mirror, but then the mirror appears to warp and the cracks fade. Neo touches the mirror, which at this point seems to be made of some kind of viscous material. The material spreads from his fingertips, down his arm, and eventually all over his body. Yikes!
- The team is frantically trying to locate Neo by finding his signal (wait, isn't he sitting right in front of them? What signal do they need?)
- The viscous mirror ooze is spreading down his mouth. The camera zooms into Neo's throat as his scream is digitally distorted.
