- Cypher has beaten them out of the Matrix and the next scene alternates between him and Tank and Dozer in the Nebuchadnezzar and the rest of them still on the inside.
- Cypher grabs some kind of electrical zappy gun thing and crisps Dozer and Tank, trapping the rest of them inside the Matrix.
- He can't help taunting them a little bit and pulls the plug on both Switch and Apoc, who die instantly, right in front of Trinity and Neo.
- But then it's Tank to the rescue! Apparently Tank was down (but not out) and barely saves Trinity and Neo by using the super-taser back on Cypher.
