The usual suspects for a job of this nature - eye strain, neck and back pain, carpal tunnel. Perhaps more than for most people with desk jobs, as you really work on practically nothing that doesn't involve staring at that computer screen, and your hours are generally long so you'll be staring it for maybe half your waking life.
