Once you've made a name for yourself in the world of CSR, you'll be looking at fantastic job security. In fact, four out of every five CSR officers report feeling secure in their job―that's pretty good happy-worker-rate (source).
Once you've made it to the manager level, you're pretty much set until you decide to load your collection of motivational posters into your convertible and drive off into the sunset. Even leaving the full-time world and branching out on your own is doable. This isn't a position that businesses necessarily want to fill, but it's a position many feel they need to fill. If you can fill it responsibly and sustainably, they'll never want to let you go.
