Stress

As with any office job, there are stresses that naturally follow when you have to deal with deadlines and co-workers. Let's face it: as P.E. class taught you, working as a team is hard, especially if you clash with some of the team members. Learning to work with others is a big part of being a CSR officer―in fact, that's kind of the whole point of the profession. You'll have to deal with a lot of varied personalities, both within your organization and out in the streets.

At the end of the day, however, this job is no more stressful than any other at your office, and the six-figure pay can certainly help you deal with it. That may be why 80% of CSR officers say they're satisfied with their jobs, and almost all of them—94%—would recommend the job to a friend (source). The 6% who say they wouldn't are probably just lying.
