The odds of hanging on are better than ever. Activity around the border has slowed down. Also, supervisors are better equipped to identify depression or stress, and understand what steps should be taken to alleviate those conditions. Agents have a good chance to be promoted if they follow protocol and stay safe. The rogue, loose cannon type is not what they are looking for right now.
