You're in charge. You know that affinity you had for bossing your friends around in high school? Now you get to do that full time.

If you're lucky, you may get to travel the world. And if you're really lucky, your work may actually help to change it. Theater, as a form of creativity and expression, is a fantastic way to reach across cultures and get down to our shared humanity—as well as our shared dislike for any play over three hours.

And if you can't change the world, well, at least there are awards, like everyone's favorite "Oh, was that on last night?" awards show, the Tonys. Your work might not actually do anything for humanity, but winning awards sure makes it feel like it does.
