Justice and Retribution

- Hugh runs away to Europe and dies. Miles Hendon marries his Lady Edith, and Tom Canty's father disappears.
- King Edward does a bunch of good deeds for the people he saw suffer from injustice while he was poor, and he never forgets all the things that he learned during that time.
- Even though Tom Canty and Miles Hendon live to be old men, King Edward VI only lives a few years. Even in those few years, though, he knew more about justice, suffering, and oppression than any other noble or dignitary. So his reign will always be remembered as a merciful one.
