- Mibs insists that she needs to get to Salina and Will tries to calm her down—but Mibs is adamant that she must get to Salina and use her savvy on her dad.
- Heading out of the church with Will on her heels, Mibs thinks she may run to Salina if she can't find a ride. They walk past Bobbi, who is leaning up against a bus in the parking lot.
- Seeing the Heartland Bible Supply bus, Mibs notices that it's based in Salina, and hatches a scheme to stow aboard so that she'll be able to get to the hospital.
- As she passes Bobbi and Will to get on the bus, Mibs keeps hearing the voice of Bobbi's angel as she listens to the siblings bicker.
- Fish comes out of the church looking for her, but as Mibs goes to hide in the back of the bus, Bobbi decides that everyone is going to Salina and climbs aboard as well. Bummer.
- Fish joins the group and they hide so that the bus driver and Miss Rosemary don't discover them.
- The tattoo tells Mibs that Bobbi is scared. In the back of the bus, everyone finds Samson, who had been hiding there reading old National Geographics.
