The Watchers
- Now that Benton's journal has sparked his interest, Cabot goes on a search or the Ethiopian Orthodox Bible.He finds one in the university library and starts studying the scripture within.
- He starts to get really into Bible study and even tells his new roommate that God sent the flood (in Noah's time) in order to keep humans from getting too smart, since they were breeding with the fallen angels.
- His roommate is uninterested, and says that he's an atheist just to keep Cabot and his wild theories away.
