Glory
Okay, so no one knows who you are. You just check up on a giant fan with 260-foot blades every once in a while (source). Or you look out your window each morning, see the windmill, and say, "Yep, still there."
Big whoop.
To be fair, there's still a little scrap of glory to be had with this job. Everyone uses electricity to run their dishwashers and vacuum cleaners, to light their homes, and to work late into the night on whatever job they do. Your wind turbine in TinyTown, USA, might provide electricity for up to 500 homes (source). You can totally take a little credit for that.
