- Abby is officially a junior in high school now and the Christmas program is fast approaching.
- The students perform at the program each year, and this year Abby's considering telling the Lubelle story (from way back in Chapter 16).
- Thing is, her principal has different ideas: Dude's dead set on Abby singing, and much as she protests, he can't be swayed to change his mind.
- So it looks like somebody's vow to never sing again is about to be broken.
