Jumped isn't really about sex. Sure, there are the usual crushes of high school, and there's plenty of looking at people of the opposite sex, but there is no on-page sex or kissing in the novel. Dominique does reference casual sex that she had with her pseudo-boyfriend Scotty when she was mad, but the mention is brief. The most we get in real-time is a pretty innocent back rub for Leticia from Chem II James, and she shrugs that off because she's upset.
