MOLLY WEASLEY: He's not an adult either! He's not James, Sirius.
SIRIUS BLACK: He's not your son.
MOLLY WEASLEY: He's as good as! Who else as he got?
SIRIUS BLACK: He's got me!
Yes, sometimes adults lie. But in this case it's out of love. Mrs. Weasley wants to keep the terrible truth from Harry to protect him. Sirius wants to tell him because he loves the boy, too. Mrs. Weasley's way of thinking wins out, but it's clear they both care about Harry a ton. We can feel the love from here.

RON WEASLEY: What's what?
HARRY POTTER: That. Pulling the carriage.
HERMIONE GRANGER: Nothing's pulling the carriage, Harry. It's pulling itself like always.
LUNA LOVEGOOD: You're not going mad. I see them too. You're just as sane as I am.
It's always comforting when a girl reading an upside-down newspaper can see the same invisible horses as you. Harry widens his circle of love and friendship when he meets Luna Lovegood. She's different, but in just the kind of way Harry needs right now.

LUNA LOVEGOOD: We believe you, by the way. That He Who Must Not Be Named is back, and you fought him, and the Ministry and The Prophet are conspiring against you and Dumbledore.
HARRY POTTER: Thanks. Seems you're about the only ones that do.
LUNA LOVEGOOD: I don't think that's true. But I suppose that's how he wants you to feel.
HARRY POTTER: What do you mean?
LUNA LOVEGOOD: Well if I were You Know Who, I'd want you to feel cut off from everyone else. Because if it's just you alone you're not as much of a threat.
Luna hits the nail on the head once again. Voldemort stands a better chance against a friendless, unloved Harry. But, if Harry's got the backing of Dumbledore's Army and the Order of the Phoenix (i.e. all the people who love and care about him) he's a way bigger threat. That's the power of love.
