- Harry and Hermione lead Umbridge into the Forbidden Forest, but Grawp has broken free of his rope, so he's no help.
- Of course, it's at this point that Umbridge realizes she's been tricked. She really does hate children.
- A group of centaurs comes out of the forest. Umbridge charms them by calling them filthy half-breeds and then tries to choke one.
- Just then, Grawp comes up behind them and grabs Umbridge. The centaurs swarm Grawp and Umbridge and the giant drops Umbridge into their arms.
- Umbridge asks Harry to tell the centaurs that she means no harm.
- "I'm sorry, Professor," he tells her. "I must not tell lies." Dang. That's how you do a callback.
- The centaurs carry Umbridge off. Bye-bye. Harry and Hermione thank Grawp and then head out of the forest.
- They run into the rest of their group on the bridge into the castle. Seems the group escaped the Inquisitorial Squad pretty easily. Those Slytherins aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer.
- They decide they need to get to London somehow and Luna suggests they fly via Thestral. Ministry of Magic, here they come.
