If the thought of blood makes your skin crawl, this is not the scholarship for you. High school students who can successfully organize a blood drive are eligible to win scholarships that can be used at a four-year, two-year or technical school as well as commemoration by the American Red Cross when they graduate. This scholarship program is practically riddled with rules including regulations on how much blood must be collected and when the drives must be held.
