Requirements:

Grades, leadership activities, your award-winning science project...all of those things amount to squat in this scholarship contest. The prize here goes to the students who composes the best 1,500 word essay on the topic "Oh, Say Can You See: What the Star Spangled Banner Means to Me." First place takes home the grand prize (obviously), but the first runner up will also take home $500. Once you are ready, submit your essay here.
