Who's Eligible: Minority high school students

Award Amount: Undetermined amount

Due Date: January 13


Outstanding African American, American Indian, Alaska Native, Asian Pacific Islander American, and Hispanic American students with GPAs of at least 3.3 compete for grants designed to fill gaps in their financial aid award letters. Students must be nominated by someone who can attest to their strong academic record and recommended by someone who can evaluate their community service and leadership skills. Financial need plays a big part in this award. To qualify, students must be Pell Grant eligible (those requirements are listed here).
