Sunday Night
- Pamela did a lot of praying and thinking, she tells us, while Mr. B spent the day in the library.
- Later, they had dinner and went for a walk in the garden. During the walk, Pamela scooted into the summer house (the place where one of her most terrifying encounters with Mr. B had occurred) and prayed.
- Pamela notes that several of the neighborhood gentlemen had sent compliments to Mr. B upon his return.
