Character Analysis
Percy Driscoll is a successful businessman and Tom's father (well, not his biological father, but shhhh—don't tell him that). He's also the brother of Judge Driscoll. Percy owns several slaves whom he threatens to Sell Down The River after he discovers some missing cash.
