How It All Goes Down

- In our first and only Kate chapter, she tells us that her dad claims to see Anna in the night sky (that's just the constellation, dude) and her mom believes that Anna would return to them (like a thirteen-year-old female Jesus, we guess).
- Campbell and Julia got married, and Jesse graduated from the police academy.
- The transplant stuck.
- Kate talks about when they found a picture of Anna. Kate saves it in a drawer, in case one day she forgets her.
- But she won't. She has a scar from the surgery, so "I take [Anna] with me, wherever I go" (Epilogue.15).
