- Surprise: Jesse is the arsonist.
- He drives around looking for an abandoned place to burn, and finds an abandoned storage facility, which he torches.
- Back at home, Sara is freaking out because Kate is vomiting; she needs Jesse to drive them to the hospital.
- Jesse feels kind of useless because he can't give Kate any platelets at the hospital.
- In the hospital room, Kate mouths to Jesse "Tell Anna" (3.3.43) but he doesn't know what he's supposed to say.
