- Sara stands by Anna's bed; she's in a coma with a respirator keeping her breathing.
- Brian tries to tell Sara that Anna's already gone, but she starts crying: "She wasn't supposed to [die]" (9.9.5)..
- They flip off the respirator, and Anna goes away for good.
