While Hahp is in the academy, he tries to learn the other boys' names without seeming too obvious about it. At one point he notices Levin calling out to a boy named Jordan while "reaching out to steady a tall, thin boy with dark eyes and straight brown hair who had stumbled" (20.7). His roomie is Luke, and Jordan gets annoyed at Luke for wanting to go first at everything (28.5).
