Another of Azalea's suitors, this guy "was a Delchastrian MP, had thick sideburns and a mustache, and was so arrogant he wouldn't even speak to the younger girls" (17.37). Even better, he has all these ideas for how to run Eathesbury, such as raising taxes. See ya, sir.
