Character Analysis
Anaïs is Virginia's older sister, a feminist who joined the Peace Corps and is in Burkina Faso, Africa to help provide medical assistance. She's so gorgeous people were always telling her she should be a model when she lived in New York. We see her only in flashback, when Virginia tells us about the day Anaïs gave her the sex talk.
