- Edwards returns to the MiB headquarters and accepts the offer. Kay shows him around the MiB office, a kind of high-tech-lab-meets-airport-terminal.
- After a mishap with the bouncy ball of doom, Edwards is given "the last suit [he'll] ever wear."
- A montage shows Edwards dressing for secretive success while Kay deletes all records of his existence. A voiceover from Zed fills us in on how the Men in Black operate.
- After he's deleted the last of Edwards's records, Kay decides on a codename for his new partner: Agent J.
