- Edgar Bug follows Rosenberg to an Eastern European restaurant.
- Inside, Rosenberg and a tall guy we saw at MiB headquarters earlier talk in an alien language. The tall guy informs Rosenberg, whom he calls "Your Majesty," that a bug's arrived on the planet and he's no longer safe.
- Rosenberg and the tall guy toast to the Arquillian Empire and the safety of the Galaxy, while Edgar Bug, disguised as a waiter, serves them. Rosenberg says he'll never find the Galaxy.
- Edgar Bug kills them both, grabs a diamond case from Rosenberg and makes a ruckus storming his way out of the restaurant.
- Rosenberg's cat stays behind like he's guarding the bodies.
