Freak Show
- A photographer from Canada who took pictures of the Dionne Quintuplets comes to Joyce City to take pictures of the Dust Bowl's devastation. People show him the most extreme piles of dust and the skinniest animals to photograph.
- Billie Jo doesn't think this is such a good idea. The Dionne Quintuplets became celebrities and even somewhat of a freak show as a result of appearing in the media—and she hopes her community's suffering doesn't turn into the same thing.
