Not only does this book have some fairly major swears in it, Will Grayson, Will Grayson also isn't shy about showing us teenagers in relationships that are both emotionally and physically involved. There's some pretty intense making out, sexy IM'ing, masturbation, and a visit to a porn shop. And though there are no graphic depictions of actual sex, it's sort of understood that that's the kind of thing that might be going on behind the scenes. Ooh la la.
The frank discussions about young folks in both gay and straight relationships might offend the delicate sensibilities of some, but for others, it just might be part of the book's appeal. To each their own, we say.
