- Reese is in Mr. Cintron's office. Mr. C tells him that Diego punched Leon in the hallway the day before.
- Mr. C asks Reese if he wants to talk about what happened at the police station, so Reese brings him up to speed.
- Turns out the two cops called Mr. C and said that Reese was considering a plea deal. They lied.
- Reese tells Mr. C about the time he stole the prescription pads. He was scared so the break-in happened fast.
- Mr. C wants Reese to call his brother to find out what's going on. Reese is resistant at first—he doesn't want to involve anyone else—but then he breaks down and makes the call. Icy picks up and says that Willis isn't home.
- Icy tells Reese that Freddy Booker got arrested. She wants to know if Reese wants her to ask around for more details. He doesn't, though—he doesn't want her anywhere near this stuff.
- Reese tells Mr. C that Freddy was arrested, and Mr. C thinks that's why Freddy gave the police Reese's name.
- Mr. C believes that Reese isn't guilty, but he also thinks that Reese brought this on himself in a way. Before Reese leaves, he promises that Reese can use the phone to call his sister on Sunday.
