- Theo and Mickle head to Freyborg with Las Bombas and Musket. Theo really wanted to get in good with Florian, who hasn't officially dubbed him a "my child" yet—sigh.
- The group stops for a rest. LB has no cash, except for a valuable stone. When they stop at the posthouse, Las Bombas sees the alderman, Skeit, who robbed the count previously.
- LB decides to announce to everyone in the posthouse that Skeit is a fraud. Surprisingly though, Skeit isn't unhappy, and says that he can help Las Bombas get a lot of money.
- An army captain walks up—LB looks familiar to him. He identifies the count as General Sambalo, the fake soldier Las Bombas invented to get past the army before. Las Bombas offers up excuses, but the soldier insists that he show him his official army papers. Skeit takes out a paper and shows it to the soldier… and just like that, Las Bombas and his friends are under arrest—thanks to Skeit.
